Hi,

I was having various issues with my site and db so I've reinstalled it, setup a new database, reloaded all (2600) photos, cached them all, all is now running well but I've got it in test mode (using the site update plugin) until I'm happy with it. I've been checking the debug log and I keep getting these what seems like every 2 hours.

What is causing it? permissions on functions-basic.php??
