Anyone know of a theme that includes statistics to be seen by a visitor?

How Many Sub Albums in each album.
How many album views.
How many image views.

No, but there is a hitcounter plugin, lots of functions for statistics like the class methods getNumImage() and getNumAlbums() and of course the image_album_statistics plugin.
You can easily add those if needed.
