I have real trouble downloading the plugin and install it. While I'm on GitHub but I find there is no possibility to download as a zip. How does it go on? A Piwik code I already have.

You have to download the full repository (zip on the right side) and sort out the piwik plugin manually. The plugin provides only the embed code for Piwik, you have to install Piwik yourself separately.

Piwik is already Install and I have the tracking code, but here https://github.com/zenphoto/Unsupported/tree/master/plugins/piwik I don found a zip Button :-(

Now I download https://github.com/zenphoto/Unsupported/archive/master.zip and extract this archive. I copy the piwik folder to plugin folder, but where can i activate this?

On the plugins tab as usual? Also look at the in file comments
