Tried to install this extension on a 1.4.5.1 install, but get an error when saving on plugin page.

Is this extension working on 1.4.5.1?

Uploaded extension in plugin map. On Misc tab apply title_by_date_archive v1.0 extension and apply. After the apply I get a error 500.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://mywebsite.com/zp-core/admin-plugins.php?action=saveplugins&page=plugins&tab=misc. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Reload this webpage.

Error code: 500
