When I try to connect to my ZP control panel

I receive the message "Server not responding".
My site works fine and my host too.
Please, is there anybody that can support me?
I have already tried to connect to the link with different browser and pc.
Maybe I have to change any settings?

As mentioned via mail already you need to review your server error and access logs. Without any proper error message we cannot help. Ask your host if you don't know where those are located.

thank you for your reply. I haven't any issue with my host. Also, my site works good. The problem is when I try to connect to my control panel. Btw, is there a way to reset the ZP settings in order to access to the control panel?

As acrylian has said (repeatedly, apparently), without knowing the error that is causing your issue there is absolutely no way we can help.

If you wish to reset your Zenphoto settings you can clean out your database. But I would not recommend that since it is unlikely to resolve the issue of your not being able to access the administrative pages.

To me, the problem sounds a little bit like the SSL port is not open on the server and he has selected "Secure Administration" in the ZP settings. In that case, ZP will try to continue via https, which then answers with the seen message.

But of course, the problem might also have other root causes, which could be with the server config. Those can be solved with the server logs only.

The problem could be the first one, regarding the "Secure Administration" because I remember that I have changed this setting thinking in a different resolution.
Can you explain me how to solve the problem and restore the Access Panel?
