something changes with this improvement of 1.4.6 release ?

it was a time where I had an alert when I changed anything, everywhere in adminin admin, and save button was turning in green.
now, button is turning in green only if page/news content is changing, but if I leave page without saving, I have no alert.

The color changes as a hint there might be changes to highlight the "apply" button. You should get an alert, too. What browser with what version on which system?

which events should triggered the change ?
in a previous build of 1.4.6, each event triggered the change, but with actual build, only changes on news/pages triggered the "apply" button.

I don't have any alert, on FF ESR 24 and IE 8 (busted at work, but not at home...).

Basically all form changes (even adding a space) should, except just using the selector. Might be that something broke have to test later.
