Latest build seems to work ok for me. Can you provide more info, what do you mean by menu?

the dropdown menu when we are logged in, item log out (se déconnecter in french)
if I click on the link nothing happens (menu or admin header)
link => http://site.fr/index.php?logout=0
I have to click on the link on the side menu (theme = Zenpage) to disconnect
link => javascript:launchScript('http://site.fr/',['userlog=0']);

it seemes run correctly yet perhaps the cache??

cookies from the old version were involved

Those cookies together with the browser cache in some browser are sometimes a bit too persistent. I notice that in Safari on Mac every once a while.
