I am ready to install zen photo, however when I tried to download the file, I could not find how to work with the application. It shows up in my documents and when I open it I do not know how to load my photos.

Whiteele, Zenphoto requires a web server to run on, and requires that you upload the program files to your web server, run an install program, and upload photos.

Okay then, you need to upload all of the files in the /zenphoto/ folder that you extracted out of the zip file to a folder on your server that's readable to the web.

You also have to make sure your server supports PHP, the GD graphics library, and MySQL databases.

Then open the INSTALL file in a text editor for instructions
