After being nagged to do it by my webhost I finally updated to the latest version of Zenphoto.

Now I can't get my watermark to reset and the photos seem to be out of order even when they are numbered correctly.

I uploaded the watermarks again to the correct folders.

Is there anything I missed in setup I have to fix?

You have to clear the image cache for the images in question to get any new watermark or update to be shown.

Please review your image order options of the gallery and individual albums that may override it.
