I deleted the original "zenphoto" album that I believe existed when I originally installed zenphoto. Will this have any negative ramifications? Is there a way to remedy this problem?

Well, if you installed Zenphoto in a folder called "zenphoto" and then deleted that folder, you will have to install Zenphoto again.
