New user to Zen - actually not true - started to use it a while ago all was good, liked the program a lot but then this problem occurred so i stopped using it and uninstalled it. Decided to try again and this problem occurred immediately on the new install. It is a '1 click install'via fasthosts'.

I can upload images, manage the gallery, view the images in gallery as administrator but when i view gallery live no images display.

I do see some images. Please review your server PHP error log. Maybe your server is too slow or something. Although the images seem not to be that big. Maybe corrupt metadata or else.
