Your User Guide link in the nav bar above no longer works. Can you give me a link for that or documentation.

After installing this program many times over the years, I seem to be having a problem this time. I am being told I do not have access to the DB. Even filling in the drop down form isn't working.

We just discovered this as well. Seems this is a bug that sneaked into 1.4.13 as it seems not to happen on 1.4.12. You can access all urls by omitting `/news/` currently. We are investigating this.

The links are working again. The reason was an rewrite option somehow not being set.
