Case Study:

Gallery View: http://gallery.kounii.com/The%20Wanderer%20I/objects/object-1+2.JPG.php

Original View: http://gallery.kounii.com/The%20Wanderer%20I/objects/object-1+2.JPG.php?z&p=full-image

Wonder why the images are not as sharp @ gallery view?

I uploaded via FTP, I also tried uploading via browser, I checked all colour settings and made sure the pictures are sRGB, and I set image quality inside ADMIN = 100... and even chosen the sharpen option.

I searched the forums and tried some possible solutions, but none works. Today is my 2nd day using Zenphoto, so I'm still a newbie. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

You need to clear the cache after you change settings which also feature a option for sharping, otherwise you will still see the old cached version of the image.

Generally the full image you uploaded is normally not processed by Zenphoto, unless you set it to protected with watermark.

As I said the original full image is not touched by Zenphoto. If it is blurry it is that because you uploaded it as such.
You apparently have set the image sharping a littlte too high for the sized image (what you call gallery view).
