Im trying to figure out a way to only show albums with a particular Place name. Any ideas how i could accomplish this?

Want to do exactly the same thing. My album structure looks like this

[*]Spain

I'm reading the docs and looking at this place, but I could not find the right information yet.

The simplest way to accomplish this is tag all your photos with their locations and create a dynamic album via the search feature. After you've tagged your photos with a unique location tag, do a search for that location tag, then from the admin menu select create album, it'll take you to the dynamic album creation. Should be self-explanatory from there.
