Hey all I am a very new Zenphoto user - about 5 minutes ago

I uploaded some images and they don't show up in the page:
http://www.neilspics.com/index.php?album=Garage

but what is interesting is if I go to the directory and the image it shows:

http://www.neilspics.com/albums/Garage/IMG_8027.jpg

so something isn't right - obviously. Any ideas what could be messed up here? I don't think its permissions at this point.

I pressed the refresh thumbs and I think it is working. Doesn't seem like I should have to do this after uploading each time?

A typical example of limited server resources and/or images that are too large ;-)
