The cookieconsent plugin works fine, except in one case :
setting the lifespan to -1 gives you the warning on each page.
I switched back to 365.

Maybe this is normal - french translation would be bad :
"Use -1 pour une durée non limitée."
should be "Utilisez -1 pour affichage permanent"

-1 actually means the consent cookie does not expire. This follows the documentation of the script used for this plugin: https://cookieconsent.insites.com/documentation/javascript-api/

I can however reproduce that but if that is the script itself we can't do much. But besides of that it is always good to have cookies expire sometime.
