Im trying to make a database backup to use for a local version testing and its giving an errorFailed to open /opt/bitnami/apache/htdocs/portal/backup/backup-2021_09_16-09_38_38.zdb for writing.

The Zenphoto logs point to the backup_restore.php file not having permission to use the mkdir command to make a folder with write permission?

The backup_restore had rw-r--r-- for permissions. What can be the issue?

Otherwise you can create the folder backup within the root of your install manually.
