I have been searching for a couple of hours now trying to find a resolution for this and am dumbfounded. I have a completely fresh installation of v1.6.5. After configuring and opening the gallery I am receiving the following:

Zenphoto Error: the requested object was not found.
Album: zp-core/setup/index.php

If anyone may have some insight into this I would be most appreciative.

OK so it seems that I have (somehow) fixed it. Not exactly sure just what I did other than logging out and then logging back in. So I would presume that this has to do with the image caching?

No that has nothing to do with image caching. It's a simple "page not found" issue. zp-core/setup/index.php is the setup process URL that can only be executed if logged in with admin rights and the files are not proctected. So in general that message is correct for that URL. Not sure how you got there though.

Thank you acrylian. Leave it to me to find a way to get to something that shouldn't be there, lol. No worries though because after I logged out, cleared browser and then logged back in it is working just fine.
