I'm working on a zenphoto theme that will look like my website. I was thinking I would then just create a page in wordpress that simply redirected to my zenphoto installtion. That way, the navigation to my gallery would show on my blog.

However, it just struck me that even with this it'll be hard to keep content (navigation, any sidebar content if I decide to keep the sidebar, etc) synchronized on the zenphoto pages.

Am I missing something with either zenphoto or wordpress that will make my zenphoto install much more integrated to the blog? Suggestions?

Do we need a wordpress plugin of some sort for zenphoto?

Okay, I was able to dig up this comment on Joen's blog that has set me on my way: http://www.noscope.com/journal/2005/09/zenphoto-08-released#comment-4569

We'll see how it goes. If anyone has any other ideas, feel free to share.

if you're using K2 theme (which I highly recommend) you can just install my zenphoto theme. otherwise, you can edit that same theme fairly easily to wrap the wordpress theme around zenphoto, sidebars and all.

see http://www.zenphoto.org/support/topic.php?id=146 for more details.
