I am using Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/5.2.0-10+lenny1 Server

I can upload photo but I can't see on the web. I can reach the server by manual. And when I looked the "/var/www/xxx/xxx" folder I can see my uploaded photos. But in the browser I take this error;
The requested URL /photo/duvar/ was not found on this server
