My watermark image is only showing on some of my photos but not all..?? Can't understand why? ANy help appreciated .. thanks - Am using zenphoto 1.1.3

Can you provide a link to one of each showing, not showing?

You can try to delete all your cache files. Reset the use watermark option, save, then set it again and save--this should clear the cache out and let it start fresh.
