I have just tried to test this wonderful product, and i have a weird issue with the latest release.

I upload by FTP in a folder a collection of JPEG images made with Photoshop CS3.
I then activate the automatic cache process, and all the black and white photos in JPEG can't be shown correctly !

In the same folder one is B&W one is in color, and different result caching?

Any ideas?

Could these B&W pictures possibly not be in JPEG format? When I tried to download the example Windows wanted to save it as a .BMP file. How were they created?

Seems like the problem is just a memory limit (Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20544 bytes) in /mnt/140/sdb/7/c/davidarnoult/zp-core/functions-image.php on line 61). Make sure you downsize your images to around 1024x768 before uploading, as your server has a low memory allowance for processing images.

Thank you guys, it seems to work with black and white pictures if I donwsize the image.

But I do not want to manage several versions, I will have to find another web host, or do it myself on my own server :-)
