hi acrylian

the file i downloaded is : zenphoto-2008-04-16-trunk it is zip file

the first one on top of this page:

http://www.zenphoto.org/files/nightly/

There may have been old files in the plugins folder. Before an upgrade you should delete the files in zp-core and themes (except for zp-config.php) Then upload the files from the release/build.

so do u mean this zip folder are correct ""zenphoto-2008-04-16-trunk zip""??

Yes. But if you just upload the files over what you already have on the server you may have files that do not belong. That is why we recommend you delete the the old install as stated above.

In your case, the plugin architecture is new in the development build. Files that are placed in the `plugins` folder are loaded by zenphoto under some circumstances. If these files are not conformant to the plugin architecture, they may cause problems (as did the file in your case.) It is not clear what these files were. Probably left over form older zenphoto releases. Clearly they had never been used as they caused errors just by being loaded.

i am now uploading using my ftp all fresh filed and folders and i delete all old ones and i kept only the zip cnfig php and albums.

few minutes i will find out if it will work

hi sbillard

i did create new database and new upload all togethere

when i click on the image in front end i am getting

The page cannot be found 404 Error

hi

it is working now

but the slide show is a big mess the page goes very wide and u can not even get to the buttons controlling the slide show. when it starts it is like" catch me if u can"

which file / files controlling the looks or the adjustment of the slide show so i can have it in the middle of the page and the buttons can be controled ???

plugins/slideshow.php, the last function there controlls the css. It works well in Firefox and Safari. You probably use IE which is a problematic browser as always. If you fix this so that it still works in Firefox, Safari etc, too. that would be welcome,

hi acrylian

i can not see " print album" anywhere and i did enable it

Of course not. It's a extra function you would have to add to your theme file manually. Follow the "usage information" link to see how to do that.

hi acrylian

how i can make the slide show buttons above the image perm not mouse ove image? what file and what should i change?

See my post above.
