I'm currently testing ZenPhoto 1.1.5 and i'm really impressed.
I have a question : I can't find the "google_maps.php" file (see http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/zenphoto/_plugins---google_maps.php.html ). I added my Google Api Key in configuration panel and according my test, the map is well showed.

The code is within template-functions.php in 1.1.5, the documentation is updated to the nightly build (the development version) where the google maps are a plugin now.
