Do i need a full new database for zenphoto setup or can i use a table in a current database?? if so, how to specify in zp-config.php?

zenphoto can share a database with others. Just be sure to set a table prefix. Actually you can enter that while setup.

Yes, but if you use zenphoto 1.1.5 you should be asked for that while setup runs.
