i'm defining a width and height in printcustomalbumthumbimage, but only see height="160" in the

whilst the browser is loading the thumbs, it'd be nice if the tags were added to 'reserve' the screen space.

this is strange, after looking at the function, it should be in the output code... i'm looking into it...
