I wish to add text/description to each of my uploads. But I cant seem to do so or figure out where. The only spot where you can do that is when you create a new album. I certainly cant make a new album for my 100 + images. Thanks in advance!

From the admin, under Edit, select the album which contains the image you want to give a description. There, you should be able to title and caption the images. You can also do this inline from the album view.

I am sorry but I dont have that option. I click on Edit on the top and the next page only shows the front covers of my albums. When I click on that it lets me edit that one pic only. How do I edit the rest of them!!

What does it mean when you say inline?

By that I mean you can edit your gallery as you browse it.

Mel, scroll down, you should be able to edit the title and description of every image in the album. If not, there's some crazy bug and you better send screenshots of it...

Here are my SS of my admin on my Zen... as you can I can only edit the top photo of each album.

I have 8 different photos in my zen but can only edit 3. The three I can edit are the main photo of each album.

When you click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the admin page, you should see a list of all the albums. If you want to edit the text for the pictures in one of the albums, click on that album's thumbnail.
You should then see a list of all the images in that album and you should be able to change the text for each picture in the album.
From you screenshot, it looks like you may be clicking on the "Mass edit all album data" link instaed of an individual gallery thumbnail.
