I have looked around this forum but have not found any post that was helpful. The installation of ZenPhoto was no problem and the admin works fine. I was able to successfully create an album and upload photos to that album. The album directory has by album and the photos that I uploaded. But when I go to view the gallery page it shows nothing, not the template or the album I created. Here is a link to my zenphoto page. http://www.ambassadorsalliance.com/gallery/

So you can use the backend? Do you use one of the standard theme? Anyway, you need to look at you server's error log. A blank page is most likely a php error. Also helpful would be details like php version etc.

The admin works fine. The photos upload fine. I am using the default theme. I am using PHP Version 5.0.4. I checked the error logs, but I really do not know what I am looking for, but I didnt see anything referencing the zen photo files.

If there are any errors in your log you need to post them. Also we need to know if setup did report about anything? Without more info we will not be able to help much.

Setup went without any errors or warnings. I am not that familar with error logs so I am not sure what i am looking for. I checked on my server at root/var/log/httpd/error_log but I do not see any error connected to zen photo.

Your page does not look at all like one generated by zenphoto. The error messages you post seem to have nothing to do with zenphoto. Maybe tehre is a problem with your WEB redirection. Try running without mod_rewrite set.

I disabled mod_rewrite in the admin but the page is still empty.

I removed version 1.21 and I installed version 1.2. The installation had no problems, no warnings or errors. I setup the admin just fine, uploaded photos with no problems, but stil the gallery page shows nothing but a blank white page. I am going to try installing version 1.14 next. Here is the page for 1.2

Did you try to do a clean reinstall of 1.2.1 or did you try the nightly/svn?

I will say again. The page that is being displayed (the white one) is not generated by zenphoto, so something is wrong with your site or the installation.

When I run setup on the 'photos' gallery it says it is about to create the database tables, so it would appear that setup has not been run. Be sure you run setup after your installation. Normally it would run automatically, but maybe whatever problem you are having has prevented the automatic run.

It is strange because I run the setup and it installs and creates the tables. I successfully log into the admin and upload photos but when I click the link from the admin that takes me to the gallery is displays the blank page. I do not know what more I can do to make it work.

Maybe you should contact your ISP, too?

I have tried it on several different computers using different ISP services. Same thing. I have to move on to something else, I am sure the problem could be solved but not within the time I need it. Thanks for all your help that you provided.
