Is there anybody tell me how to configure and use this two new plugins in ver. 1.22?

I always get old page if I enable static_html_cache plugin and I did see any new page of navigation as paged_thumbs_nav infered.

Any example page or screen snapshots is appreciated.Thanks!

Not sure what you are asking about. The cache of course caches a page with everything on it including any paged_thumbs_nav until you either delete the cache or the timeout is reached. Alternatively you can disable the cache plugin.
