Dear All,

I have copied data from one instance of Zenphoto to another. I copied across Albums, Cache and Backup.

I am trying to run the old backup in the new installation of Zenphoto but I get the following error:

INSERT INTO zp_administrators (id,user,pass,name,email,rights,custom_data,valid,group,quota) VALUES ("10","administrators",NULL,NULL,NULL,"0",NULL,"1",NULL,NULL) ) failed. Error: Duplicate entry 'administrators' for key 'user'

Is there anything I can do? I really want to restore all the comments and ratings that were attached to each image.

Thanks in advance,

Alex

Short answer is insatll the nightly build. If you do not want to do that, search the forum on this topic. There have been some work-arounds posted.

BTW, this error is caused by upgrading from a much older version of Zenphoto. Depending on how old that version was, you may get some exceptions when you run the backup restore.

Many thanks, I'll give the nb a crack. Previous version was 1.2.8.

Just to confirm, install the nightly build on my new installation and then try to restore my old backup file?

No, restoring the database will just put the bad entries back. Just install the nightly build.
