When I write any articles using zenpage it shows the posts in US MST time zone. I live on the east coast and would like to change the time zone to EST.

(I am making a a website for medical teaching purposes (which will have many images) and I have very limited knowledge about web design)

There is a time offset option on options > gallery configuration.
