I also have this same problem. Can anyone help?

I installed just fine and tried to upload a test album and picture but it says:

"MySQL Query ( UPDATE albums SET `title`='test' WHERE `id`= ) Failed. Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1"

i've come across the same issue. Searching out a solution now. Any luck resolving this?

I too have this exact issue. Any resolution?
Thanks.

was there ever a resolution to this for any of you? i am having the same problem...

Under IIS, this was caused by not having the local IUSR account having write access to both the album and cache folder. Under Linux, the solutions appears to be permissions too. Make sure the same directories are chmod'd to 777.
