Hi!

I need some help with the Google Maps Plug-in. I did activate it in the settings but don't know how to access them while viewing my pics. Can someone help? Do I have to activate it somewhere else or do I need to add mor info. Eveery pic is set with localization info.

Thanks in advance!

What theme are you using? The theme has to place the map. Zenphoto distributed themes (except for stopdesign which has no convenient place for the map) will have a link that exposes the map.

Hi sbillard!

I use the default Zenphoto theme. I can not find the link on the picture pages. Do I need the EXIF data from the picture?

Yes, of course. If the picture has no EXIF data there is nothing to be displayed!

Okay, I see. Now I added some EXIF data to some pictures, but my 5D Mark II does not support localization data stored in the EXIF data. Can I edit this in zenphoto an add somem maybe placemark data from Google Earth?

Sorry, if this is maybe some dump question.

You can use a tool like Picassa to add geo-data to your images or you can use a tool like adobe bridge to edit the image metadata and insert the latitude/longitude manually.

Näh, that means to touch all of the 400 photos again. Downlaod, edit, upload. I'll see, if it's worth that lot of work :-)

Thank you for your patient help, sbillard.
