I am having an installation problem where I am getting this error

Notice: Use of undefined constant FILESYSTEM_CHARSET - assumed 'FILESYSTEM_CHARSET' in \nawinfs04\home\users\web\b2505\rh.kenshi\zenphoto\zp-core\setup.php on line 659

I am using a Windows 2003 Server using PHP 5.2.10. I search the forums but not found anything that could give me a clue. The error occurs after the warning I had gotten for check for "setlocale".
