I recently installed version 1.0.3, however I cannot see any images after upload ( neither is there anything in the cache). Last week I was using 1.0.1 witout issue.

I notice that if I hover over an image, the path does not point to the albums folder.. e.g image is located in: http://www.example.com/zenphoto/albums/Dublin/xxx.jpg, but the path points to: http://www.example.com/zenphoto/Dublin/xxx.jpg
Where do I change this setting?How do I resolve the cache issue?
Everything else works fine.

Yeah! I get the same as well. Installed 1.0.3 and exactly the same problem you get.

I uncommented the "path overides" section at the bottom of the zp-config.php file, but no joy :-(

I think I'm gonna' roll back to an earlier version.

After reading the "Here's the answer" thread posted above I tried uploading my .htaccess file, I noted that my host does not allow me to upload .htaccess files. Could this be the problem ? Is there away around it ?
