I'm having a problem installing Zenphoto.

I've created a sql database and placed in all the correct details. I followed the on screen instruction to delete the setup files. I then created a user name and password. Except it wouldn't let me log in.

I then tried to reinstall the software by deleting the zenphoto folder from my web server to basically start again in case I made some obvious mistake. Now I get a screen that requests the SQL information, then once that information goes in it brings me to screen that says it's detecting that I'm trying to upgrade my version of zenphoto, and asks me for a username and login. Which I can't get passed.

I've deleted the zenphoto folder from the web, created another folder called "enphoto" and re-uploaded the installation files but I'm getting hung up on the "we've detected you're upgrading your version of zenphoto".

How do I delete everything and start again?

Setup reports this because the database with its entries still exists. You will have to delete that as well. Your host should provide some info how to do that.

Thanks for that.

I managed to work it out. Simply deleted the database and created another one.
