Alright, I have been working on a new site for my new neice. I am basically matching a wordpress theme. Strange behavior though.

All I did was take the css file from the wordpress theme and rename it and call it zen.css. then changed the div class and ID tags in the default theme to match the tags in the theme I am copying. Well whenever you post in the new theme, the comment gets replaced with a 1. If I change the theme back to default, this doesnt happen.

The only thing different between the 2 themes are the div id and class names. Any ideas what would be causing this.

ahh geez..

Here is the fix.. never open a theme in frontpage.. I hate that software.. It changed my textarea field with a name of "textarea" and the form has a hidden field called comment with a value of 1 which is where it comes from. My field name got changed.. disregard this post. it is fixed now
