if plugin slideshow is enabled, there is the Colorbox image type, with the following comment :
"The image type you wish to use for the Colorbox. If you choose 'sized image' the slideshow width value will be used for the longest side of the image [jQuery Colorbox mode option]"

question : what "slideshow width value" is used ? I don't see any option (except jQuery Cycle values or Flash mode values)?

The jQuery cycle width is used.
