You need to switch to the standard Zenpage theme and disable it there. Then switch back. This is actually a Zenpage plugin option that somehow was moved to the theme options once (a theme needs to be set up for this).

@gjr: You could add a setThemeOptionDefault('zenpage_zp_index_news', false); under the ThemeOptions of your themes to avoid this confusion for now.

Sorry Gir but it's not already there. If you click on "slideshow", the title is shown along the top of the photo as is the slide number but the description doesn't display. In your example, only the word "Bear" appears.

One of my new site visitors has highlighted a minor "irritaion" when viewing pictures on my site. If there are comments against a photo, when advancing to that photo, the screen focus is on the comments section at the bottom of the page rather than the photo itaelf. Here's an example:

Is this something that can be changed from an admin setting?

Regarding slideshow, I misunderstood. You are correct in that the colorbox slideshow does not show the description. That would require theme modification.

Regarding screen focus on comments, yes that is an annoying little querk. What is happening is the history plugin shows what image number is being displayed in the url. The browser thinks you are wanting to go to a page anchor. Since each comment has an anchor ID of the comment number, it is conflicting. I will look into it for a fix next version. If you require an immediate fix now, you would need to remove the anchor IDs in the comment plugin, but I advise against modifying the core.

Thaks for your great theme, but I'm having problems with gallerific, colorbox and watermark
If I disable gallerific i get the watermark if I enable it ((12) Album Page: Use Galleriffic Script?) I can't get the watermark
even on the ((19) Final Image Link) if it is setted on colorbox I dot get the watermark, I get the watermark only on the full sized image if the (19) is setted to standard zenphoto
the Image size is setted to longest size

In the theme settings, if you do not have colorbox target the sized image, it will pull your original uploaded one, which obviously will not be watermarked.

Ok I have resolved for the sized image, but the images in the slideshow are threated as thumbs and not as images
To get on the the watermark I need to enable it on thumbnails, this causes also that thumbs of the albums have it...

Hi, I'm new to Zenphoto and trying to get up to speed as quickly possible. I really like this theme but I'm experiencing one small problem.

When I click on the Play Slideshow link it appears to start working but instead of images being displayed I just see an error message stating "image could not be located". I'm using the latest versions of both Zenphoto and the theme.

The slideshow is working correctly in other themes and the gallery works correctly in zpGalleriffic apart from the slideshow.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

At first i want to thank you for your great themes.

I've got a problem with all (?) themes of you. If i missed any post please let me know but couldn't find any myself.

Fresh installation, some pics uploaded, activated zpGalleriffic, set Gallery password (options->gallery->gallery password).

Everything wents well, the gallery, news and archive is password protected.
But the random image located at the front page doesn't honour the password.

Any suggestions ?

Ok I see. Your href=""'s for the slideshow images are empty. Will have to take a look. I have not tested this 1.4.1 theme with the 1.4.1.2 zenphoto version, would not think it would matter, but you never know. Will try to test soon.

I seem to have accidentally got the slideshow working by changing some settings but I'm not sure exactly what fixed it. I'm going to make a new copy of the site anyway so I'll find out what the settings need to be.

Glad you got it worked out... Very nice job on the site. Really like to see my themes in action :)

I am looking for control over the size of Album thumbnails in zpGalerrific. Your zpMasonry theme allows the Landscape format to be turned off. Can I do something similar in this?

just like to note few observation from zpGalleriffic v1.4, not sure if this is a configuration problem or template has some bugs. The best would be to deliver some screenshots, but not sure if possible.

1st issue
The long text used as album description is cut (once just see "...") to be shortest without any possibility to expand it and see the full text. This problem is gone when I choose some other template.

2nd issue
Once the album has lot subalbums, the album page is broken somehow, just couple of first subalbums are displayed properly placed to the ordered positions (the full text description is cut as few words added under the subalbum picture) and then the pictures are mixed with full text description of subalbums without any order on page, just mix of pictures and text.

What to do with this? I'm ready to do more tests if required.
