I've noticed that when you create a new album via the "Upload Photos" interface it is automagically placed at the top of the albums list. However, when you upload a folder of images to the albums folder, the newly created album is placed at the bottom of the stack. If you have a lot of albums it takes a while to manually drag the new album to the top.

Should I submit a bug report on this?

This is probably due to a custom sort order. We can get it to place new albums at the top of a custom sort order. Don't file a bug until we have the new bugtracker up!

We have the new bugtracker up.... bugs.zenphoto.org I believe this bug is already in there.

Progress has been slow lately... I do want this fixed in the next release though. (Sorry for slow development lately everyone...)

and now? any progress? I have some albums and I always create the albums via ftp. So finding the latest Album on the bottom isn't nice.

Obviously not, development has stalled. It's not dead, will start up again soon. In the meantime I hope what we have currently is useful enough...
