I have just installed Zenphoto through netfirms web hosting. It sits integrated in the webserver. http://www.safenigerianhomes.com/gallery

However, I did not have to install Zenphoto as a stand alone. I picked it as my choice of gallery, and Netfirms did the auto installation.

All I want is for my visitors to be able to upload their pictures, but not able to delete it once they upload. I am gathering data currently and will continue for a while.

However, when I finished my install, I was able to get to my admin page for Zenphoto by going to the url http://www.safenigerianhomes.com/gallery/appadmin/

How do visitors to my site get to upload pictures to the site? I figured I will put a link to the homepage but what exactly do I put? http://www.safenigerianhomes.com/gallery/users?

How then do I secure the site so that people can upload but not delete even if they uploaded the picture?

The link to the Zenphoto admin is always yourdomain.com/gallery/admin

If yours is really appadmin it is not the standard way. Well, we generally don't support installations made using install helper scripts anyway.
