I need to setup rights for a guest user to allow him to upload images to specific album and nothing else: no administration, no images remove, no user password change etc etc...

Only upload and review uploaded images into specific album.

Can you help me to choose the correct set of checkboxes to accomplish this task?

Give him upload rights only and assign one album on the managed album list.
For more info on the rights review the articles on the user guide.

Also, any user can always change its own password (as can the full admin naturally). This cannot be disabled for a good reason.
