Can someone help me I have

1.enable user_groups
2.set the galleries to private
3.create new group called album_A_viewers and assign album rights to allow View fullimage & View albums
4. On managed album I have tick on the album that the user can manage.

but still it will prompt for user/password again.

Did you assign the user to that group?

thanks for quick reply my post. Yes I have assign user to the group. I notice that if on Gallery Rights if I tick on view gallery then I can login but it show all album but I only select 1 album on Managed album.

If you have not given the user rights to view the gallery then he would indeed not be able to see it. Since you did give him view albums rights he would indeed be able to see them.
