Hi,
I've been using zenphoto for a few months with no problems at:

I've been gradually adding photos via ftp with no problem, but now new images that I upload do not appear in the album.

What I've tried:
- Using Admin to delete the cache (no effect, old photos in the album still appear, but the new ones don't)
- Uploading the same photos to a different album (no effect)
- Uploading some images that are already in the album again with a different file name - no effect
- Creating a new directory in the albums directory called tests, and adding previously good photos (not seen on the albums page)

Could anyone suggest a way to debug this issue?

Did you look if your images are published? The default setting is unpublished.

I think I've set a global always publish setting because I don't normally have to click publish to see them.

Anyway, to be sure I logged in to admin, and looked at the images for the album, and the ones I've uploaded don't appear in the list.

Damn, have found the problem - to embarrassing to explain - all fixed now! Thanks for your help.

It might be embarrassing, but I'd love to know what solved it. I seem to have the exact same issue
