I usually solve this problem by having the same size of the full image and the normal image, but after the installation it doesn't seen to work...
I have 100% of both normal and full image and use the default theme.

The image quality are 100% for both.
Is it really necessary with "colorspace management" when all I want is to make it look like the original(full image)?

In short: convert your images to sRGB before uploading.
I have a similar problem on a demo website :

The full image (uncroped) is nearby violet, and the image in image page (but it's the same with thumbnails), the color is nearby purple
