Testing theme Problem after upgrade to 1.0.5

Hello,

After upgrading from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5, I get "Zenphoto error: image does not exist." when trying to click on "next »" or "« prev" links when using the "testing" theme.

You can check out the behavior at:

The strange thing is that is works on the other albums. They were all created in 1.0.3. The album linked to above was created after upgrading to 1.0.5.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

  • Additional information

It looks like it works for some pictures but not others.

    e.g. http://legobuff.com/photos/index.php?album=2006-12-11-uncategorized&image=IMG_1314.JPG
the "next" does not work (there is no "previous").

the "next" works but the "previous" does not.

The links for the "next" and "previous" that DO NOT work are missing the images filename. Not sure why this would be selectively happening.

I am also not sure of the reasons behind this, but I think it has to do with the sorting and extraneous entries in the database.

I do need to get to the bottom of it, but the sure fix for now is to go into the administration page and click "Refresh" under the stats section on the front page. This does a full garbage collection on the database and makes sure everything it in sync, and fixes this problem.

Like I said, I will look for the reason why this is happening -- even if there are extras in the database it shouldn't affect image navigation like this.
  • Thank you for the fix. That did resolve the issue and everything is working well again.

    Thank you again!
  • I had the same issue with the 'image does not exist' error after pressing previous/next.

The 'refresh' fix also worked for me, thanks! Before I found this post, I deleted a whole album and uploaded again to get it fixed. But that was a lot of work. This is better ;-)
  • And by the way, thanks for this great piece of software.

I was able to adapt it totally to fit in the theme of my site:
