Is it just me or has it been kinda quiet around here? I've also noticed it dying down at trisweb.com... but that's no doubt my own fault. I guess I just miss the days when a new ZP release would generate dozens of comments and posts...
Any thoughts? Are there fewer users than before? Is the project not that interesting?
What can I do to spark more interest? What do you guys want to see?
(Let me guess: Subalbums... ;-)

(peeps might just not be checking for updates after so long! ;o)
Might also be an interesting idea to "register your zenphoto installation" -- keep a database of galleries and their users, for many purposes. Fun idea.
It'd be even better to actually have a article on a big profile site like Lifehacker, but they just did one on Gallery 2.
Since I'm also working on promoting my wife's website for her business, I'm doing a lot of "hunting" these days, and if I dig something up that might be a good promotional "vehicle", i'll post it here.
I think it was just the long layoff.. I know me personally I was starting to loose hope for a while. Subalbums were a topic of conversation since I started coming here. I think maybe a good solid subalbums release with good theme support and a pull of the software out of beta status would intrigue many users. People wanted to see active development and it appeared dead for a little while there.
We could always add a lot of Web 2.0 stuff to the gallery digg the site. Everybody seems to flock to the whole web 2.0 phenomenon there.
I imagine a redesign of the ZP home page would also be helpful. It could include something like that.
