Unable to save image title and image description

Zenphoto 1.4.1.6. I'm master user.
The gallery work well, but:
I can't save a new image title or image decription.
In the database, these fields are empty.
The message "Change applied" is dispayed, but no change in the database.
On upload, the file name is well used as title, but it disappears after the next click on the "Apply" button.
