printContactForm

Hi,
I am trying to put a contact page on my website. I put the printContactForm function in contact.php but I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function printContactForm()
Am I supposed to install a plugin for it to work?

    Nevermind that was a useless question and I've figured out that I first needed to enable the extension...
