Albums wont publish

My Album screen shows a green checkbox next to all my albums saying they are published, but when I look at my overview page, I am showing the majority of my albums and photos as being unpublished.

Here is my setup log:

Well I did a "refresh database" and my unpublished images are going down as the browser refreshes.

I have 16,000 images and in 1/2 hour it hid half of them.

I also have 4 unpublished Albums, i'm hoping that it does the albums after the images.

is there a way to see all my unpublished photos in the admin view?

The publish content folder goes in the plugin folder correct?

where does the file publishcontent.php go?

i get the following error when i activate this plugin

looking beyond the error, i seen the additional button in the admin screen.

I was able to identify the unpublished photos, and made them all published.

I unselected the plugin after all were published and the error onthe top of the admin page is now gone.
